Baby Likes Homestyle Pasta & Chicken is a halal baby food made with tender chicken and soft pasta, in a ready-to-serve 125g glass jar. It is suitable for babies from 7 months and gives Muslim families a halal option for weaning. Each pack contains 6 jars.

How to serve
Serve at room temperature or warm gently. Stir well and test the temperature before feeding. Spoon into a bowl rather than feeding straight from the jar. Refrigerate any opened jar, and use it within 24 hours. Do not reheat leftovers.

Storage
Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place. Check the best before date on the top of the jar.

Is Baby Likes Rice & Chicken halal?
Yes. It is made with halal chicken meat. Our products are certified halal by Islamic Information Documentation and Certification GmbH.

Do Baby Likes jars contain organic ingredients?

Yes. 83% of the agricultural ingredients we use come from organic farming, including the vegetables, fruits, herbs and spices in our recipes.

At present, you also won’t see the word “organic” next to these ingredients on our labels. Under UK organic labelling rules, organic claims on food labels are subject to specific certification and control requirements, and Baby Likes jars are not yet certified by an approved organic control body.

This does not mean that the ingredients themselves are not genuinely sourced from organic farming. We work with suppliers who provide organic ingredients and supporting documentation for their organic status.

We are currently applying for organic certification so that we can formally verify and communicate the organic sourcing of the qualifying ingredients in accordance with UK organic labelling requirements.

We believe in being completely transparent about what goes into our food: 83% of our agricultural ingredients genuinely come from organic farming, even though our finished jars are not certified organic.
